Location:  Ewhurst, Ockley, Surrey. RH5 5QH.
Hours: Part time – Monday to Friday, 9.00am to 3.00pm  (some flexibility on start and finish time).

We are currently seeking to recruit a Customer Support Administrator to be based at our Ewhurst location.

Job Outline:
Working as the first point of contact for all Keymer customers providing excellent customer service face to face and over the phone. Carrying out all administration for Keymer & Heritage.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Sitting on the front desk at the Ewhurst site; welcome visitors, help them sign in and notifying the relevant person about their arrival.
  • Dealing with all sample requests and initial enquires.
  • Updating Keymer / Heritage pipeline, producing quotes, chasing quotes, checking stock and raising forms.
  • Looking after the visitor centre and setting up for events.
  • Arranging diaries and meeting with clients.
  • Organising catering and coordinating invitations for Keymer events.
Skills & Experience:
  • Previous experience in customer service with a very good phone manner.
  • Computer literate and proficient in using Microsoft word, outlook, excel and PowerPoint.
  • Well presented with a positive attitude.
  • Good organisation and time management skills.
  • Ability to work unsupervised and use own initiative.
  • Previous experience working within the construction industry in any role is desirable but not essential.
Own transport is essential due to the location of the site.
