Hours: 7.00am to 7.00pm and 7.00pm to 7.00am on a 4 on / 4 off shift pattern

We are currently seeking to recruit a Shift Maintenance Electrician based at Broomfleet factory    
 
About The Role
 
This role will involve all aspects of electrical maintenance, capex projects, continuous improvement projects, problem solving and repairs across the site.
You will be an adaptable, flexible and proactive individual who is comfortable working under your own initiative and as part of an engineering team.
As Broomfleet is a highly automated site we are looking for candidates who have experience in the following.
  • Programming and fault finding PLC controlled systems & HMI displays
  • Setup and fault finding variable speed drives
  • Functional safety systems
 
About You
 
Apprentice trained with relevant electrical engineering qualifications (preferably to ONC level). Proven experience of working in fully automated electrical control systems, incorporating PLC's, HMI’s, variable speed drives, motor controls, hydraulics and pneumatics. Have a logical approach to fault finding and possess good communication skills both written and verbal.
 
Understand the basics of modern functional safety systems and display a positive approach to Health and Safety and it’s controls and procedures.
